In short: I only process the data needed to reply to you and to run the site, and tracking only loads with your permission.

Contact form

If you send a message through the form, I process your name, email address and message in order to reply to you. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by sending the message. You will receive an automatic confirmation.

To filter out abuse (bulk unsolicited messages), an irreversible one-way code of the sender's IP address is stored with the message (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Messages are kept for 24 months and then deleted automatically – or earlier at your request.

Cookies

  • Necessary: the vl_suti cookie stores your cookie choice for 182 days. No consent is required for this.
  • Statistics (only with consent): Google Analytics – _ga, _ga_… cookies, for up to 2 years. Provider: Google Ireland Ltd.
  • Marketing (only with consent): Meta (Facebook) Pixel – _fbp cookie, for 3 months. Provider: Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.

Without your consent no tracking or advertising cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time with the cookie icon in the corner of the page or the “Cookie settings” link in the footer; withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Fonts and the page-turning reader are served from this website's own server and send no data to third parties.

Hosting and email

The website and email are hosted by: [name, registered address and website of the hosting provider]. For secure operation the server keeps technical logs (IP address, time, page requested), retained according to the provider's own rules.

Your rights

You may request information about the data I hold about you, its correction, erasure or restricted processing, object to processing, and request data portability (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Please send your request to viktoria.lugosi@kaviart.eu; I will reply within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority – in Hungary the Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH, Falk Miksa utca 9–11, 1055 Budapest, ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu, www.naih.hu) – or with the authority of your country of residence.
